Mark has worked in Christchurch, Wellington, Hamilton and Auckland property markets of New Zealand.
He has been involved in asset valuations for both listed and unlisted property vehicles. He has a strong analytical background and keen interest in modern valuation techniques.
Qualifications: B.Comm (Valuation & Property Management); Master of Property Studies; Grad Cert. of Applied Finance. Mark’s master’s dissertation revolved around leasehold valuation and he has maintained a strong interest in the topic throughout his career.
Activities and Societies: Associate of New Zealand Institute of Valuers; Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
